Two things are needed for an incredible wedding – a crazy in love couple and a bit of thoughtful intention. We received an email from Ashley and Remo back in July telling us about their upcoming elopement to Denver. After a short Skype session over a somewhat patchy European internet connection, we knew all that we needed to know. They were setting out an adventure and we wanted to come with. Ashley hails from Kansas City and Remo from a small town in Northern Italy. They first met in 2013 at a small coffee shop in Denver called The Weathervane Cafe. Naturally it only seemed fit that they return to this beloved coffee shop to exchange vows and make their nuptials official over breakfast sammies and proper cappuccinos.
